Floify is looking to hire an experienced and exceptional Customer Success Manager who has impeccable relationship building skills and can create a win/win environment for all parties that they work with. This position will be primarily focused on managing the success of our largest and most significant key accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Direct the customer experience and strategic account management while building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
  • Facilitate account renewals & negotiations and promote customer priorities, strategic initiatives, & operational goals
  • Manage account strategies and nurture relationships (true customer success)
  • Guide the on-boarding, rollout, and account management from closed sale to renewal
  • Work with the Sales team to develop strategies to promote account growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Floify software, the mortgage market, and our customers needs


What We'll Love About You:

  • Requires a multifunctional focus and the ability to negotiate complex contracts with C-Level customers
  • Customer Success experience in a SaaS or startup environment
  • Must be technically savvy and highly organized
  • A passion for helping others and solving complex problems in creative ways
  • Must be a team player who performs well independently and is eager to continually hone and improve skills
  • Travel up to 50% will be required (once the travel schedule is 'back to normal')
